Dark King[]
This is the Dark King Psaro.
He's from Dragon Quest IV, and was betrayed by his followers. He responded by almost destroying the universe.
He once loved an elf....
Psaro is now one of Seke's companions.
He also owes Seke favors for that one time at the Christmas party.
